I can work on a consultancy basis for one-to-one clients, this can be face to face or by video call.

• Often used as a one-off consultancy for advice, when buying or selling a property.
• Perfect if don’t have lots of time and need to fast track the learning process.
• If you already have some knowledge in renovation / developing property but need to fill some gaps – then this is the ideal solution.
• My specialist areas are; period renovations, crafting profitable holiday lets & creating income from property.

I like to be open and upfront about the charges for this exclusive service, as a guide I charge from £150 + VAT per hour. I often find that in just one or two hours we can get you to a confident place of self-sufficiency and add a lot of value to your project. In this time, I can point out a lot of pitfalls and shortcuts that will help and reduce your costs.  

For larger projects it can be worth working on a day rate or retainer basis, this is always agreed prior, as a bespoke service dependant on your exact needs.

Regardless of the format, my aim is always to over deliver, to provide a lot more value than I charge for.
